Scott VanderLey
President, Moore Digital
Scott leads the Moore digital practice, helping to define digital vision and transformation across the enterprise. Prior to joining Moore, Scott headed up the client strategy and analytics groups at Masterworks and served a seven-year stint leading Russ Reid’s digital practice. Previously, he oversaw World Vision’s digital marketing efforts as part of a decade-long tenure that included leadership roles in disaster response marketing, DRTV, and retail and catalog marketing.
Eddie Faulkner
Vice President, Digital Operations
As the Vice President of Digital Operations, Eddie manages the day-to-day agency operations at Moore Digital, and he directly oversees the agency’s Digital Strategy and Media Teams. Prior to joining Moore Digital, Eddie led a Minneapolis-based Branding & Digital Marketing agency. Having started his career (20 years ago) selling marketing data and analytics, Eddie developed a deep appreciation and understanding for “data first” marketing and strategy. Outside of work, Eddie and his wife, Nicole, have two daughters whose competitive gymnastics takes up most of their family’s time. He is also an approved Great Dane foster with the Upper Midwest Great Dane Rescue, and he has a 170 lb Great Dane of his own–his only son–named E.J. (Eddie Junior).
Rani Paul
Vice President, Digital Solutions
For more than 20 years Rani has been bringing her creativity, technical acumen, and outstanding people skills to the field of digital production and operations. Having started her career producing websites, games, emails, and digital media campaigns for Sony Pictures, more recently Rani has been working to bring urgently needed help to people and animals in unfortunate circumstances via the digital frontier. She has worked with nonprofit clients such as Mercy Ships, Denver Rescue Mission, Pittsburgh Food Bank, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and many more. Rani oversees a vibrant team that delivers consistently stellar results for clients through powerful, effective, and engaging digital campaigns.
Gorrasit “Kawi” Vongfak
Creative Director, Digital
A Kawi-led project doesn’t succeed only because of design. The project wins because it turns into an experience. An art director by trade, Kawi has implemented highly successful user-experience disciplines and strategies for leading nonprofits like Mercy Ships, Project HOPE, Operation Smile, World Vision, and many more. He has also employed his wide range of skills for Fortune 500 companies, like the Walt Disney Company, Microsoft, and others. Underneath the blue hoodie that he regularly dons, this family man’s interests range from his daughter’s volleyball tournaments and his Marvel Universe knowledge to his impressive collection of electronic music.
Kayla Twain
Director, Digital Strategy
Kayla manages the Digital Strategy Team, who is responsible for content, cadence, testing, and media planning across all digital channels. Prior to joining Moore, Kayla headed up an Account Team at The Cyphers Agency- a boutique commercial advertising agency. Having worked at the American Diabetes Association for years, she is a well-rounded professional who is able to anticipate client needs. She has developed record-setting, robust digital fundraising programs for nonprofits such as Toys for Tots, Christian Appalachian Project, and Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association.
Shelby Nichols
Director, Digital Media
For the past 20 years, Shelby has developed omnichannel strategies across CTV, video, audio, display, social, and paid search for the world’s largest retail and restaurant brands. She was recognized Internationally by the Trade Desk, for her innovation and use of CTV in 2016. Shelby’s passion is rooted in the ever-changing nature of the media landscape. With previous experience in channels like Snapchat and TikTok, she remains committed to bringing new channels, testing opportunities, and targeting strategies to our clients. Since joining the Moore team, she has designed successful fundraising and branding campaigns for clients like Shriner’s Children’s, Save the Children, March of Dimes, Covenant House, and Disabled American Veterans.
